Product Overview
Diliva Agent App is an on demand Pickup & Delivery mobile application used by fulfilment agent partners and associates of Diliva all over Nigeria. All Diliva Agents are registered and authorised by Diliva Administrators. Therefore not open to use by unauthorised Delivery Agents. Diliva Agent App is an enabler for small and medium scale logistics companies who cannot afford the cost of the infrastructure. By Signing Up as an associate, they are empowered to maximise their opportunities and become active in the Marketplace. Agent onboarding and training is within 72 Hrs to any location in Nigeria while all agents are settled daily through the Innstapay Payment Gateway already integrated with the app. All Super Agents are provided limited access to a Dashboard from where they monitor their performances. Delivery Agents are at Liberty to Join the Diliva Fulfilment team with their Bikes, Vans and Trucks.
How To Become A Diliva Agent
Joining Diliva as an Agent requires you to be a CAC Registered Company who is in the Logistics business with a Minimum of two Bikes or One Van or One Truck. After Verification each Agent working with the fulfilment partner is onboarded through the App. Using the Diliva Agent App is really easy, here's how it works;
1. Agent downloads Diliva Agent App from Google Play Store or iOS App Store and sign up with your details. (Specify phone number as your user name & Choose your own Password)
2. Agent Logs in and becomes active on the platform to be alerted by a customer to pick up a parcel and deliver to a preselected destination.
